The coverage of the health plans can vary depending on the insurance company and policy. This means that while some insurances have 100% coverage, others can have 80%, and while some have unlimited visits, some have a maximum. Most policies do allow direct and electronic billing, but some do not. For the specifics on your health policy, only your insurance can provide you with this information on billing and coverage.
