A shoulder injury can occur during work activities, while playing sports, in car accidents and through degenerative changes.

Our Team Can Help

Our experienced physiotherapists work with you to address your pain and injury. Their job is to set up a personal rehabilitation program for you to reduce your shoulder pain and improve your shoulder mobility. Their goal is to get you back to your normal daily activities, without discomfort.

Treatment

During your first visit, your physiotherapist will ask you questions about your shoulder pain or injury. They will complete a full examination and review your health history with you before discussing what treatment options are available to help treat your pain.

We use a combination of exercise (both at the clinic and through an at-home exercise program) and machines that aid in reducing inflammation, to treat your shoulder.

Our physiotherapists goal is to treat your shoulder so you have for long-term improvement, not just a temporary fix.
